Who are those people?
We – Desi, Leroy – together form team Foedsie. We love to travel as much as possible, discovering the world. From diving to climbing gigantic mountains or just doing nothing on a beautiful beach. With backpacks on the plane or on a road trip with our old Mercedes bus.
Why Foedsie? Well often foetsie and a little bit foodies. Because we think that good travel always goes hand in hand with good food. That is why we not only share the most beautiful routes, handy travel tips but also the best hotspots. Always with a good dose of humor (at least we think so) incl. a touch of Brabant/Nijmeegs.
We love beautiful pictures, but we prefer to skip the swings and busy instagram hotspots. Give us a beer on a deserted beach, a charming quiet village or a good mountain.

How do I open the file?
The file you receive is a PDF, which you can easily open in any browser or app that supports it. Want to open the PDF as an eBook? You can do this by opening the PDF in an eReader app such as Adobe Digital Editions or another PDF reader that supports eBook functionality. You can also import the PDF into apps such as Apple Books or Kindle to read it as an eBook.
Why so cheap?
Yes, this is a really frequently asked question. And honestly, I think €5.99 for my travel guides is the perfect price. It may sound a bit cheap compared to other guides on the internet, but I actually think these prices are a bit on the high side. I mainly looked at what I would consider a good price and would be willing to spend on a travel guide. I thought €5.99 was perfect. It is affordable for everyone, and for me it is a nice contribution to my work on these guides.
Is it a goldmine? No, absolutely not. But that was never my intention. Foedsie is a hobby that got out of hand, and it would be great if I could contribute a little to the costs with my guides and our specialty beer addiction ;p
What if I don't like it at all?
Of course, it can happen that the guide does not completely meet your expectations. Please let us know and you will simply get your money back. It may sound a bit corny, but for us it is mainly about sharing our tips!
